Ingredients:
3 lbs. of boneless pork loin4 cloves of garlic 5 pieces of sun dried tomato¼ cup grated Romano cheese1 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepperZest of ½ lemon1 tsp. of dried oreganoOlive oil
Cube the meat. Placethe meat in the food processor with the garlic and sun dried tomatoes andprocess until desired consistency.
Place the meat in a bowl and add the grated Romano cheese,lemon zest and the seasonings. Add twotablespoons of olive oil and work the meat with your hands.
Form the meat into the desired size pork burgers.
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the pork burgers in the pan and letthem get golden on one side before flipping to finish the cooking process.
These are a delicious burgers with your favorite toppings.
