Ingredients:5 lbs. potatoes1 cup milk1 cup sour cream4 tbs. butterDashes of saltDashes of black pepperDashes of garlic powder
Skin and boil potatoes until fork tender.
Drain and place in deep bowl while still hot. Add the butter, sour cream and milk andspices and mash.
You may adjust the milk and sour cream to your liking.
These are creamy and delicious to add to any meal.
